(PM) Berlin, 08.11.2011 - Agreement on the mutual recognition procedure of registration certificates for medicines made by Member States of the customs union (Russia, Belarus and Kazkhastan) with GMP, plans to introduce in 2012, 2013.
The Commission of the Custom Unions – Russia, Belarus and Kazakhstan – is currently working on creating new conditions for mutual recognition of registration certificates for medical products in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP). "The introduction of the agreement on the mutual recognition procedure of registration certificates for medical products made by Member States of the Customs Union is planned to be introduced in 2012 or 2013", said the deputy of the commission.
On the fifth annual Pharmaceutical Forum Pharma Russia 2011 organized by the newspaper "Vedomosti" on the 11th October 2011 the Director of CU Trade Policy Commission, Ludmila Cheglik, held a speech. And the committee discussed
• The introduction of the rules of good laboratory practices,
• Common rules for inspections on the basis of the existing rules of the international system pharmaceutical inspection,
• Distribution rules and regulations of pharmacy practice.
"In November of this year we will hold the final debate and these rules will be posted for public discussion. Also before the end of the year we will develop and possibly approve the single rule of conformity of production requirements for GMP medicines", stated A. Cheglik.
