During his M&A career, Mr. Vohradnik achieved a strong track record of projects in the industrial, e-commerce, consulting and renewable energy segments in Europe, South Africa and Asia. Mr. Vohradnik holds a Master's degree in Economics and Business Administration from WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management (Wissenschaftliche Hochschule für Unternehmensführung) in Vallendar, Germany.
